One Piece Day 2026 will livestream its main stage program worldwide on YouTube across August 22-23 from Makuhari Messe in Japan. The annual celebration of the franchise marks another milestone for Eiichiro Oda's manga, which debuted on July 22, 1997.

Streaming Schedule

The YouTube broadcast spans two days with different time blocks. August 22 runs from 6:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. JST (5:15 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. EDT), while August 23 covers a much longer window from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. JST (9:30 p.m. EDT on August 22 to 5:30 a.m. EDT on August 23). The archived stream will remain available for a limited time after the event concludes, giving fans in different time zones a chance to catch up.

An English-language livestream will be hosted by Maxwell Powers as MC, with Kate J as a guest and an on-site reporter named Anya providing coverage from the venue floor.

Character Popularity Poll and Franchise Reveals

One of the biggest draws of the event is the partial reveal of the second Global Top 100 Character Popularity Poll. Rankings 1 through 31 will be unveiled during the August 22 program. The first global poll, held in 2021, drew over 12 million votes worldwide, and this follow-up is expected to generate similar levels of fan engagement.
