The accompanying visual places Beerus at the center with a confident smile, while Goku faces him with a sharper, more serious expression. Together, the trailer and image position the familiar clash with the God of Destruction as the central pressure point while signaling that the revised presentation will also make room for additional threats.

Dragon Ball Super: Beerus is being promoted as an enhanced edition of the television anime. The official announcement emphasizes more powerful, immersive visuals, and the trailer highlights that refreshed action presentation through Goku and Beerus. Rather than unveiling only a date card, the rollout shows how the production intends to distinguish this version visually when it reaches Japanese television and streaming services.

Fans attending New York Comic Con 2026 will get an earlier look. A Dragon Ball Super: Beerus special panel is scheduled for Thursday, October 8, from noon to 12:45 p.m. local time at the Javits Center's Empire Stage in New York City. The program includes a world-premiere advance screening of the first episode. English dub cast members Jason Douglas, the voice of Beerus, and Ian Sinclair, the voice of Whis, are listed as panelists, with Monica Rial, the English voice of Bulma, hosting.

That event places the first public screening three days before the Japanese debut. The confirmed timeline now begins with the New York Comic Con panel and advance screening on October 8, followed by the Japanese broadcast and streaming premiere on October 11.
