Crunchyroll confirmed at its Japan Expo 2026 panel that it will stream the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Toshiaki Iwashiro's Psyren worldwide, excluding Japan and China, when the series launches in October 2026.

The anime carries the full title Psyren: The Eternal Fool's Words of Wisdom and adapts Iwashiro's supernatural action manga, which was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump from 2007 to 2010 across 16 collected volumes. The manga developed a devoted fanbase during its original run and maintained a strong cult following for years afterward, with readers frequently citing it as one of the most underappreciated Jump titles of its era.
