Baki-Dou Part 2 Drops All 12 Episodes on Netflix June 18
Netflix will release all 12 episodes of Baki-Dou: The Invincible Samurai Part 2 simultaneously on June 18, completing the Musashi Miyamoto arc.

Netflix has confirmed that Baki-Dou: The Invincible Samurai Part 2 will drop all 12 episodes on June 18, 2026. The batch release covers episodes 14 through 25 of the series, wrapping up the Musashi Miyamoto saga in a single day for viewers worldwide.
The Resurrected Swordsman Returns
Part 2 picks up where the first cour left off, deep inside the secret laboratory beneath Tokyo Skytree where scientists have used advanced cloning technology to resurrect Japan's most legendary swordsman, Musashi Miyamoto. Now fully awakened and armed with centuries of combat instinct, Musashi tears through the modern world looking for opponents worthy of his blade.
The resurrected warrior's rampage draws the attention of the underground fighting arena's most fearsome competitors. Izo Motobe, the weapons specialist who has long operated in Baki's orbit, steps up as one of the first to confront Musashi head-on. The prehistoric caveman Pickle, whose raw physical power has humbled even the Hanma bloodline, also enters the fray. And of course, Kaoru Hanayama the yakuza brawler whose grip strength is the stuff of legend rounds out the gauntlet of challengers standing between Musashi and his ultimate target.
That target is Baki Hanma himself. The entire arc has been building toward the collision between history's greatest swordsman and the young fighter who has spent his life chasing the title of the world's strongest. With Yujiro Hanma lurking as always in the background, the stage is set for a climax that spans martial arts disciplines, eras, and sheer willpower.
Production and Cast
TMS Entertainment returns to animate Part 2 under the direction of Toshiki Hirano, with series composition by Tatsuhiko Urahata and character designs by Shingo Ishikawa. The anime adapts Keisuke Itagaki's manga of the same name, continuing the sprawling Baki franchise that has run for decades.
Nobunaga Shimazaki reprises his role as Baki Hanma, while Naoya Uchida voices the enigmatic Musashi Miyamoto. Akio Otsuka returns as the ever-menacing Yujiro Hanma. The musical backbone of Part 2 features an opening theme titled "FURUBOKO" by WANIMA and an ending theme, "Mountain Top," by Novel Core. Kenji Fujisawa handles the background score.
Binge-Ready Format
Netflix is sticking with its preferred simultaneous-drop model for the Baki franchise, releasing all 12 episodes at once rather than airing them weekly. For fans who have been following since the 2018 Netflix reboot, this is familiar territory every prior Baki season on the platform has followed the same batch format. The approach suits a series built on escalating tournament-style confrontations, where cliffhangers between fights practically demand immediate resolution.
Part 1, which premiered on February 26, 2026, is currently streaming on Netflix for anyone looking to catch up before the second half arrives. With episodes 1 through 13 already available, viewers in India and globally have just over two weeks to get current.
What Comes Next
The June 18 drop marks the conclusion of the Baki-Dou adaptation's current run. Whether TMS Entertainment and Netflix continue further into Itagaki's manga which extends well beyond the Musashi arc remains to be seen. For now, the 25-episode season will stand as the latest chapter in one of anime's longest-running fighting franchises, with the full series available to stream on Netflix worldwide starting mid-June.
