Koei Tecmo and Omega Force revealed Attack on Titan 3 at Summer Game Fest 2026, an action game spanning the full manga storyline and launching on PS5, Switch 2, Xbox Series, and PC.

Koei Tecmo and developer Omega Force unveiled Attack on Titan 3 at Summer Game Fest 2026, bringing the long-running action series back with a game that promises to cover the entire Attack on Titan storyline for the first time. The title is confirmed for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
Attack on Titan 3 is positioned as the culmination of the game franchise. Where previous entries adapted portions of Hajime Isayama's manga, this installment spans the narrative from the Survey Corps' earliest expeditions all the way through to the story's dramatic conclusion. Omega Force has also confirmed brand-new story content that digs deeper into character backgrounds and lore, offering material that goes beyond what was covered in the anime and prior games.
The game is based directly on the original manga published by Kodansha, with licensing shared alongside The Final Season Production Committee.
Gameplay centers on the series' signature omni-directional mobility gear, which Omega Force says has received significant upgrades and improvements for this entry. The result is described as more acrobatic and intense aerial combat, building on the traversal system that defined the first two Attack on Titan games. Players will face off against all Nine Titans across the campaign, a first for the game series and a reflection of the broader narrative scope.
Attack on Titan 3 is a single-player action game. Audio is exclusively in Japanese, while subtitle and text support covers English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. The Steam release will be digital-only.
Koei Tecmo has not announced a release date. The next major information drop is a global live stream scheduled for July 1, 2026, billed as the "Next Scouting Report." The broadcast will feature voice actors Yui Ishikawa, who plays Mikasa Ackerman, and Shiori Mikami, who voices Krista Lenz, as special guests. A reveal trailer accompanied the Summer Game Fest announcement and is available on the game's official site.
Platform availability for Indian players will follow standard regional storefronts. PS5 and Xbox Series owners can expect access through the PlayStation Store India and Microsoft Store India respectively, while the Steam version will be available globally at launch. Nintendo Switch 2 availability in India will depend on Nintendo's regional rollout plans for the new console.
Attack on Titan 3 marks Omega Force's most ambitious adaptation of Isayama's world yet, and the July 1 livestream should provide the first concrete look at gameplay and a potential release window.
