HOTEL INHUMANS Season 2 Sets October 4 Premiere and Reveals Theme Songs

HOTEL INHUMANS Season 2 will begin airing in Japan on October 4, 2026, at 11:45 p.m. JST on TV Tokyo’s network. The September 8 announcement also brought a main trailer, a new key visual, and the first previews of the season’s opening and ending songs.

When and where Season 2 will air

New episodes are scheduled for Sundays at 11:45 p.m. on the TV Tokyo network. BS TV Tokyo will start its broadcast on October 5 at 12:30 a.m., while AT-X will follow on October 6 at 9:30 p.m. The listed broadcast times are subject to change, and an international streaming schedule has not been announced.

TV Tokyo identifies the October 4 slot as the program’s regular weekly window, giving the series a fixed late-night Sunday home from its first episode. AT-X has also listed repeat showings for Thursday mornings and Monday afternoons.

The key visual places the anime’s three concierges together: Ikuro Hoshi, voiced by Yusuke Kobayashi; Sara Haizaki, voiced by Hinano Shirahama; and newly introduced concierge Shiba Kirihara, voiced by Hina Yomiya. Additional guests appear reflected in Ikuro’s glasses, pointing to the new clientele the hotel will serve during the second season.

The main trailer continues the series’ unusual blend of luxury hospitality and underworld danger. HOTEL INHUMANS centers on a hotel built to satisfy professional killers, offering services that extend beyond food and rest to weapons arrangements, false identities, and discreet cleanup. Ikuro and Sara handle those requests while confronting the circumstances and emotions surrounding each guest.

Season 2 continues the adaptation of Ao Tajima’s manga, serialized by Shogakukan on Sunday Webry. Tetsuro Amino remains director, with Shoji Yonemura overseeing series composition and Shingo Fujisaki handling character designs. Bridge and Aisle are credited with animation production, and Koharu of Charan-Po-Rantan composes the music.

What the new theme songs bring

GAN, the music project of Takanori Iwata, performs the opening theme, “Rasen.” The song was written specifically for the second season and is described by the artist as a modern hip-hop number combining rap with an emotional melody. Its spiral motif reflects a relationship in which two people repeatedly draw close despite hurting one another, matching the story’s tension between human connection and violence.

Phantom Siita performs the ending theme, “Sweet Pea.” Miku Nakamura of Cö shu Nie wrote the song for the series. The group said the track draws on the contrast between the manga’s cold, tightly wound world and the warmth that comes from caring about another person. Both songs receive their first audio previews in the newly released trailer.

Viewers in Japan will also have two chances to revisit the first season around the premiere. TV Tokyo will begin a weekly rebroadcast of its 13 episodes on October 5 at 3:20 a.m., and AT-X has scheduled a full-season marathon beginning just after midnight on October 5. The next confirmed milestone is the Season 2 broadcast premiere on October 4.
