Studio Bind's Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 will premiere on July 5 with a new opening theme by Yuiko Ohara and the long-awaited return of Eris Boreas Greyrat.

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 will premiere on July 5, 2026, on Crunchyroll worldwide. Studio Bind released a full promotional trailer showcasing the new opening theme and confirming the return of fan-favorite character Eris Boreas Greyrat after her extended absence from the story.
The latest trailer, released alongside the premiere date confirmation, features the new opening theme titled "Ketsui no Uta" performed by Yuiko Ohara. Ohara previously performed the opening themes for the first two seasons, maintaining musical continuity across the entire series run. Her involvement has become a signature element of the franchise's identity.
The promotional footage highlights Eris undergoing intense sword training in the Holy Land of Swords under the tutelage of established fighters. Key sequences show her sparring alongside Nina Farion and Isolte Cruel, two characters central to this portion of the light novel's storyline. Her reappearance has been one of the most anticipated developments among fans of the source material, as the character was largely absent during Season 2's story arcs while training off-screen.
Studio Bind returns as the animation studio with director Ryosuke Shibuya continuing at the helm. Character designers Sanae Shimada and Ryota Furukawa are back in their roles, along with music composer Yoshiaki Fujisawa who has scored the series since its debut.
Two new cast members join the voice roster for significant roles. Haruka Tomatsu voices Nina Farion, a skilled swordswoman who trains alongside Eris. Tetsu Inada takes on the role of Gal Farion, the Sword King and a pivotal figure in the Holy Land. The returning main cast, including Yumi Uchiyama as Rudeus, reprises their roles from the first two seasons.
Season 3 picks up from Volume 14 of the light novel series written by Rifujin na Magonote. The narrative follows Nanahoshi, Rudeus, and their companions as they journey to the floating fortress of Perugius, one of the most powerful beings in the story's world. A deadly illness affecting a member of their group drives the central conflict and raises the emotional stakes considerably from where Season 2 left off.
The previous two seasons established a strong production pedigree at Studio Bind. Season 1 ran for 23 episodes across two cours in 2021, while Season 2 delivered 24 episodes spanning Summer 2023 and Spring 2024. Season 3's episode count has not been officially confirmed, though the studio's track record suggests a similar multi-cour structure given the volume of source material remaining.
Crunchyroll holds global simulcast rights for the series. New episodes will air weekly following the July 5 premiere, with both subtitled and dubbed versions expected based on how the platform handled prior seasons. The July launch positions Mushoku Tensei as a marquee title for the Summer 2026 anime season, arriving alongside other highly anticipated premieres.
