This is the second batch of Kodansha titles to arrive on Crunchyroll Manga within a month. The first wave landed on May 18, headlined by Attack on Titan, Fire Force, Tokyo Revengers, Your Lie in April, The Seven Deadly Sins, BAKEMONOGATARI, and Chihayafuru. That initial drop marked the formal start of the Crunchyroll–Kodansha USA partnership, and the June additions were always part of a planned rollout.
With both waves now live, the Crunchyroll Manga catalog surpasses 400 titles, making it a noticeably deeper proposition for subscribers who primarily used the service for anime streaming.
Hiro Mashima fans gain access to three of his series in one go: Fairy Tail, Rave Master, and EDENS ZERO. However, Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, the ongoing sequel currently being adapted into an anime, is not included in this update.
Yoshitoki Oima's A Silent Voice and Haruko Ichikawa's Land of the Lustrous are two of the more critically acclaimed manga on the list, both having received celebrated anime adaptations from Kyoto Animation and Studio Orange respectively. Their inclusion strengthens the literary side of the catalog alongside the more action-heavy headliners.
Initial D, Shuichi Shigeno's iconic street-racing manga that ran for 48 volumes, is another standout addition. The series has maintained a dedicated global following through its anime adaptations and cultural footprint in car enthusiast communities.
All 24 titles are available now on the Crunchyroll Manga platform across iOS, Android, and web. A Crunchyroll premium membership is required to read from the manga catalog. The service is accessible in India through a standard Crunchyroll subscription, giving Indian readers the same day-one access to these Kodansha titles as the rest of the world.
The two-wave Kodansha partnership has significantly reshaped Crunchyroll Manga's catalog in under a month, transforming it from a primarily simulpub-focused service into a more comprehensive manga library with deep back-catalog holdings.
